Enable Maica Actions

The following article describes the process of adding Maica Actions to your Salesforce Global Actions menu.

How to Add Maica Actions to the Salesforce Global Actions menu

Step 1: Access the Setup Menu

1. Click on the Setup icon in the top-right corner of Salesforce.

2. In the Quick Find search bar, type Global Actions or Publisher Layouts.

Step 2: Navigate to Publisher Layouts

1. In the left-hand menu, expand User Interface > Global Actions.

2. Click on Publisher Layouts.

Step 3: Edit the Global Publisher Layout

1. Locate the Global Publisher Layouts section.

2. Click Edit next to the existing layout you want to modify.

Step 4: Access Mobile & Lightning Actions

1. In the layout editor, find the Global Layout panel.

2. Click on Mobile & Lightning Actions to display the Maica Actions.

Step 5: Add Maica Actions

1. In the Quick Find bar, identify the Maica Actions.

2. Drag and drop Maica Actions into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.

Step 6: Save Changes

1. Click Save in the layout editor to apply your customisation.

Step 7: Refresh and Verify

1. Refresh your Salesforce browser window.

2. Click on the Global Actions dropdown in the top-right corner.

3. Confirm that Maica Actions now appears at the top of the menu.
