To open an Shift Profile, simply open a Shift and then click the External Link button located in the top right corner of the screen to bring up the profile, as shown below.
Once clicked, you will be directed to a new Salesforce tab showing you the Shift Profile. Here, you will see a summary of the Shifts including any Checklists, Delivery Activities, Files and more.
You can also open an Shift Profile directly from the Planner, simply by clicking the Expand Profile button located in the bottom right corner of any Shift, as shown below.
You need to be in either Shift or Roster View in order to open a Shift Profile directly from the Planner.
