# Welcome to the Maica Release Notes

## Who are we?

We are an innovative **NDIS** and **Aged Care** software designed for providers. We help providers streamline operations, enhance care delivery, and boost efficiency with our comprehensive digital healthcare solutions built on the Salesforce platform. Through the power of software, we want to enable providers to best **manage their clients** as **effectively** and as **efficiently** as possible.

Offering all the benefits of Salesforce's security, reliability, and scalability, we provide seamless data management, comprehensive reporting, and powerful automation. With access to Salesforce's extensive ecosystem, **Maica** users can optimise their operations and deliver superior care using industry-leading technology.

## How are our Release Notes structured?

Our Release Notes are divided into three main sections, aligned with the **Maica** product packages:

* [**Maica Client Care**](/maica-release-notes/client-care.md)
* [**Maica Client Delivery**](/maica-release-notes/client-delivery.md)
* [**Maica Client Management**](/maica-release-notes/client-management.md)

This structure is designed to make it easy to find the changes most relevant to you, depending on the **Maica** package(s) your organisation uses. Each section captures the **Enhancements**, **Fixes** and **Post Install Steps** delivered as part of every version, so you can stay across what has changed, what has improved, and what has been resolved.

In order to switch between the three sections, simply use the dropdown in the top left corner of your screen.

{% hint style="success" %}
Release Notes are published per version and grouped by package. Versions are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent release at the top.
{% endhint %}

## Check your Maica Edition

To ensure you're viewing the correct Release Notes, check which **Maica Edition** your organisation is currently using.\
\
If you're unsure of your version or need help finding it, follow these steps: [**Find your Maica Edition**](https://knowledge.maica.com.au/maica-knowledge-base/maica-administration-guide/getting-started/find-your-maica-edition#).\
\
Please confirm your **Maica Edition** before downloading any files or applying updates from the Release Notes.
{% endhint %}

## What's in a Release Note?

Each Release Note follows a consistent structure to make it easy to scan and understand what has been delivered:

* A clear **Enhancement** or **Fix** label
* A short introductory description of the change
* A **What's Changed?** section outlining the specifics of the update
* An **Outcome** or **Example Scenarios** section to bring the change to life

## Looking for Historical Release Notes?

Release Notes prior to the launch of this new format are still available in their original location. If you need to reference an older release that isn't listed here, head to the Release Notes Archive.
