Maica Client Care provides the ability to capture Billable Client Notes; this setting allows you to manage the components of this feature as shown in the screenshot below.

Default Category
This is the Category selected by default when creating a new Billable Client Note.
Default Interaction Type
This is the Interaction Type selected by default when creating a new Billable Client Note.
Default Appointment Service
This is the Appointment Service selected by default when creating a new Billable Client Note. If none is selected, the Appointment Service will be empty by default.
Available Appointment Services
This allows you to specify which Appointment Services are available for selection when creating a new Billable Client Note.
Default Duration (minutes)
This is the Duration selected by default when creating a new Billable Client Note.
Custom Fields
This allows you to include your own Salesforce attributes into the Billable Client Note as described here.
