Learn how to install the Maica Mobile App onto your device

Mobile App Overview

The Maica Mobile Worker App is delivered and lives on the official Salesforce mobile app, available for both iOS and Android. This allows you to securely access your schedule, manage appointments, and record your availability directly from your phone. In order to access the Maica App, please follow the steps below:

Installation Steps

Step 1. Download the Salesforce Mobile App

  • iOS (Apple): Download from the App Store

  • Android: Download from Google Play

Step 2. Log In to Maica

  1. Open the Salesforce mobile app.

  2. Enter the login details provided by your organisation.

  3. Once logged in, you will be directed to the Maica Mobile Care Worker App interface.

Step 3. Accessing Maica

After login, you’ll see the Maica home screen within your Salesforce App. From here you can:

  • View your schedule and Check In/Out of your Appointments or Shifts.

  • Manage your Appointments and Shifts with a variety of Actions.

  • Log your availability or unavailability.

  • Contact your organisation.
