The third tab captures some additional details of the Appointment, as described in the below table.

The validation logic ensures that only available and active Shifts are selectable based on the Location as well as date & time information entered by the user.

Checklist

This allows for the selection of the relevant organisational Checklist based on the tasks to be performed during the Appointment.

Shift

All available and active Shifts are made available for selection based on the Location of the Appointment as well as the date & time. If no Shifts are active during the Appointment details, this selection will be empty.

Appointment Type

The Appointment Type is a pick list allowing for the selection of the appropriate type of Appointment being created.

Appointment Status

The Appointment Status is a pick list allowing for the selection of the appropriate status of Appointment being created; only one of the following values can be selected: Draft, Published, Scheduled.
