Step 5: Custom Fields
Learn about capturing custom fields for the new Appointment
The fourth tab allows you to include your own custom fields into the details of the Appointment, as described in the below table.
This assumes you have configured all relevant custom fields in the Settings and the user has permissions to access these fields.
This part of the Appointment creation/management experience allows you to include a set of fields you may want to create beyind what Maica Client Care offers as standard features. Where this is the case and the custom fields have been configured, this part of the experience presents all configured custom fields using the input relevant to their data type.
This includes the ability to select picklists, dates, lookups, etc based on what your own custom fields have been configured as. These field values are then stored against the Appointment being managed.
