Managing Appointments

Learn about managing Appointments and associated information.

Once an Appointment has been created, you may want to change some of the details, such as the Resources or Checklist applicable to the Appointment. You may also want to check into the Appointment or quickly complete it. All this can be done via the Manage Appointment processes outlined in this article.

Simply click on the Appointment in the Planner to get started with managing it.

On this screen, Maica Client Care offers a few options including the following (buttons from left to right):

The Open icon at the top right hand corner navigates to the underlying Salesforce record in a new window.
